Corporate Social Responsibility
Responsible hospitality in everyday practice — practical, proportionate and verifiable actions across the properties and services we support.
Responsibility built into daily operations.
Le Ciel Hospitality, operated by PT Langit Biru Luxindo, approaches Corporate Social Responsibility through practical operating practices relevant to hospitality and property management.
Our aim is not to make broad sustainability claims, but to integrate responsible choices into the way properties are supported, maintained and presented to guests.
Practical resource awareness.
Across the properties we manage, where appropriate and where facilities are available, we encourage measures such as:
- separating waste, cardboard and recyclable materials;
- reducing unnecessary single-use plastics and packaging;
- using refill systems for selected guest amenities and cleaning products;
- reusing, repairing or repurposing serviceable linen, furniture and equipment;
- using water and energy thoughtfully;
- reporting leaks, equipment issues and avoidable resource waste; and
- applying responsible cleaning and maintenance practices.
Practices may vary between properties depending on available facilities, building systems, local infrastructure and operating conditions.
Clearer, safer everyday practice.
Responsible hospitality also means considering the people who support our operations.
Le Ciel provides practical safety and conduct guidance for independent cleaning service providers, including safe manual handling, responsible use of cleaning products, accident and hazard reporting, privacy protection and respectful workplace behaviour.
Where laundry services are outsourced, Le Ciel focuses on responsible coordination, linen handover and service quality without representing external laundry personnel as employees or direct personnel of Le Ciel.

Local relationships, where they make sense.
Where suitable, we seek to work with local vendors, independent service providers and businesses based on operational requirements, quality, safety, capacity and commercial suitability.
We also aim to respect the culture, environment and communities surrounding the properties we manage.
Small choices can shape a better stay.
We encourage guests to use water and energy thoughtfully, reduce unnecessary waste, respect the property and its surroundings, and be considerate of local communities and culture during their stay.
Responsible-stay guidance is incorporated into selected Le Ciel property and guest information pages.
Accurate claims. Clear expectations.
Our approach is based on practical action rather than exaggerated sustainability claims.
We aim to communicate accurately about what we do, avoid absolute environmental claims that cannot be demonstrated, protect guest and owner privacy, and maintain clear expectations with service providers and business partners.
Our responsible hospitality practices have been developed progressively since 2024 and continue to evolve with our operations.
Practical, proportionate and verifiable action — without overstating sustainability claims.
