Master bedroom: a 200 × 200 cm king bed (approximately 79 × 79 inches). Second bedroom: twin beds with a pull-out drawer bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
The living area has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with access to local channels and streaming apps, including Netflix and Disney+; streaming subscriptions may require your own account. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stovetop, essential kitchenware and a washing machine. Hot water is available.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Collect keys at reception. Send a digital copy of a valid ID card or passport before check-in, and contact Guest Support in advance about your arrival.
Check-out
Check out before 12:00 noon. Turn off the lights, air conditioning and other utilities, and return the keys or access card to the lobby as instructed.
Quiet stay
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. The stated charge for smoking indoors is IDR 5,000,000.
Parking & security
Parking is available; ask staff for access and current terms. Lock the apartment when leaving and secure your valuables. The stated replacement charge for a lost key or card is IDR 500,000.

Minimart, laundry and greener habits
Minimart
The minimart is on the P3 parking level, reached from the first-floor connection. From the apartment’s 21st floor, go to floor 6, transfer to the middle lift, press 1, then proceed to P3; the minimart is in the right corner. Ask reception for guidance if needed.
Laundry
Paid laundry services are available in the basement (press B in the lift). A washing machine is also provided in the apartment.
