Book airport transfers to and from Juanda Surabaya (SUB), Soekarno–Hatta (CGK), Halim Perdanakusuma Jakarta (HLP) and Ngurah Rai Bali (DPS). Everyone is welcome, even if you are not staying at a Le Ciel property. Our property guests can also book cleaning, linen and everyday essentials.

Airport transfers are open to everyone, between the airport and a hotel, home or address within the service area, in either direction. Other guest services are for Le Ciel managed properties. Send your name, pickup and destination addresses, date/time, flight number, passenger count and luggage details via WhatsApp. A property booking reference is only needed if you are staying with Le Ciel. Our team confirms availability, the route and the total before payment.

SUB
Surabaya Airport Transfers
Juanda Airport (SUB) ↔ addresses within Surabaya City. Airport access in Sidoarjo is included; other Sidoarjo or Gresik destinations require a separate quote.
CGK-HLP
Jakarta Airport Transfers
CGK / HLP ↔ mainland DKI Jakarta addresses. CGK airport access in Tangerang is included; other Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok or Bogor destinations require a separate quote.
DPS
Bali Airport Transfers
Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) ↔ Denpasar City or Badung Regency addresses. Destinations in other regencies require a separate quote.
Transfer inclusions & conditions
For the existing Surabaya packages: driver, fuel and airport parking are included. Toll fees are included only for designated areas. Waiting allowance: 30 minutes for pickup to the airport, 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals. Insurance, additional-stop parking and extra baggage are excluded. Confirm HiAce inclusions and all Jakarta/Bali route conditions with our team before payment.
CLEANING

Reserve your preferred time in advance. No delivery charge applies to cleaning. General cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, dusting and refilling shampoo/bodywash.

Linen & Toiletries Refresh
Choose quantities separately: linen & towels: IDR 85,000 per bedroom; toiletries: IDR 20,000 per bathroom. For 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, choose 2 linen refreshes and 1 toiletries refresh (IDR 190,000 before any applicable delivery).

Delivery & Availability
Surabaya delivery: Rp35.000 for delivered items only. No delivery fee for cleaning. Our team confirms the delivery total. Estimated delivery: 45–70 minutes; please reserve a time in advance. Service hours: 08:00–21:00. All items and services are subject to availability.
